While most of my work uses a large format monorail to achieve ultra-high resolution, I have recently been more and more drawn to Pictorialism, a movement active during the later 19th and early 20th centuries. whose goal was to produce photographs that were "true art" (whatever that means) rather than a mere recording of reality.
